How Did Zerezes Save Around

11 Hours Per Recruitment?

Zerezes is innovating in its selection process by using artificial intelligence

to screen candidates and provide personalized feedback.

In July of this year, Zerezes implemented an innovative method in the first stage of its recruitment process – an audio interview via WhatsApp using AI from the startup DigAí. Since then, 647 candidates have been interviewed, with impressive results. 85% of the candidates invited to the process completed the interview, and candidate satisfaction stands at 77%, with comments such as:

  • “It was a dynamic, practical, and efficient method. It reduced the stress of being in an interview, which helped a lot.”
  • “Innovative, practical, and fast. I felt like I was being heard by a person.”
  • “The feedback was instant and very relevant. I felt that my answers were truly considered in all aspects.”
  • “I found it quick and easy to answer the questions. I liked receiving feedback with tips on how to improve my responses.”

The new process is allowing the recruitment team to save an average of 11 hours per position, thereby reducing the time needed to fill vacancies.

The Zerezes HR team is highly satisfied with the new tool and intends to continue investing in technological solutions to further enhance the candidate journey, ensuring increasingly agile, efficient, and inclusive selection processes.

Conclusion

“One of Zerezes’ most important pillars is the pursuit of excellence, from the customer experience to the candidate experience. Using AI in candidate screening allows us to optimize the HR team’s time and make processes more agile and accurate, benefiting both the company and the candidates.

With AI, we can offer a faster, more practical, and inclusive process while also providing candidates with personalized feedback,” says Suzana Freitas, HR Director at Zerezes.

About Zerezes

Zerezes was born from design, with a keen eye for people and a desire to redesign what doesn’t work. We believe that glasses are a tool for expressing personal style and personality, but we also understand that many perceive them solely as a functional and unattractive necessity.

We want to transform the way people buy and interact with their glasses because we believe that by doing so, we improve not only how they see themselves but also how they engage with the world. We use design to bridge the gap between people and the glasses that make them feel like their best selves, with straightforward and transparent processes.
